OF BEING ALONE, BITTER, AND MOVING ON 02-26-2010

Whenever I feel depress, especially when your alone or just got through a breakup and you just want to move on. I would usually listen to music and just browse on random stuffs or things. If I am bored with my playlist, I would do some Music Search and add it to my collection. I just did that right now and the rants, quotes and words below are just some of the stuff I found about being alone, bitterness, separation, breakups, moving on and many other descriptions related to them. Enjoy.

“Sometimes, there are things in our life that aren’t meant to stay. Sometimes, change may not be what we want. Sometimes, change is exactly what we need. And sometimes, saying goodbye is the hardest thing you think you’ll ever have to do, but sometimes, saying hello again is the thing that breaks you down and makes you more vulnerable than you ever thought possible. Sometimes, change is too much to bear. But most of the time, change is the only thing saving your life.”

You can never find the right person if you can’t let go of the wrong one. But the moment you feel like letting go, remember why you held on so long in the first place. And sometimes, you just have to forget what you want and remember what you deserve.

“Some things, however, are true no matter how hard you might try to block them out, and a lie is always a lie, no matter how prettily told. Some doors, once they’re opened, can never be closed again, just as some trust, once it’s been lost, can never be won back.” — Alice Hoffman

“You know when you get that feeling when your brain says yes, but your heart says no, and your brain’s like ‘come on, heart’ and your heart’s like ‘come on, make your brain shut up’ and so you go ‘just stop it both of you’ and then you all get in a huge argument?” — John Mayer

“When people walk away from you, let them go. Your destiny is never tied to anyone who leaves you, and it doesn’t mean they are bad people. It just means that their part in your story is over.” — Tony McCollum

You’re probably thinking I’ve forgotten all about you by now, but that’s far from it. I still do miss you occasionally, but I’m getting better. I continue to smile and still go on without you. I know I have missed you, but I have kept it all inside me, only for me to know. I still wonder about your doings, how you are, what you’re doing, what we used to talk about, to laugh in your voice. Just, everything. I miss it all. However, I feel that the parting of us was for the best, because everything happens for a reason. Should destiny put us into a crossing road in the future, that is when I will see you again. Until then, remember this: no matter what, even through the screaming fights, the disagreements, mistakes and the tears we’ve cried, never, ever did I give up on you. So if you ever need a helping hand, do not hesitate to ask. I may be far away, but I will always be in reach.

Being lonely isn't the worst feeling in the world. It's being forgotten by someone you can never forget.

“I can’t go back into the past and change it, but I have noticed that the future changes the past. What I call the past is my memory of it and my memory is conditioned by who I am now. Who I will be. The only way for me to handle what is happening is to move myself forward into someone who has handled it.” — Jeanette Winterson

“Sometimes it’s easier to feel like you’re the only one in the world who’s struggling, who’s frustrated or unsatisfied or barely getting by, but the feeling is alive and if you just hold on. Just find the courage to face it all for another day. Someone or something will find you and make it all okay, because we all need a little help sometimes. Someone to help us hear the music in our world, to remind us that it won’t always be this way, that someone is out there and that someone will find you.”
