WORDS AND THOUGHTS ON BREAK UPS

Breaking up is either letting go of good one or kicking someone unworthy in your life. So here are 6 things you should realize after a break-up. - (via superglenntot)
  • You lose a person because you deserve someone better.
  • Love has its own reason, destiny has its own way, and karma has its own judgment..
  • The one who cries the most is the one who loves the most.
  • Time won’t heal the heartache but a new one will surely do.
  • It’s the end of the relationship. NOT the end of your life.
And here are some thoughts and words for breaking up, or in the edge or just want to move on:
You don't realize how hard the road to letting go is, until you are the one traveling it.
“Letting go, even if it hurts, doesn’t mean you have to let go of everything. You just have to let go of the person and your feelings for her/him but the memories will always be there whether it’s good or bad. Because everytime you remember those memories, it will always put a smile into your heart. And be glad that once in your life this person made you happy and put colors into your life even if it’s just for a while." (poeticheartache)

"Don’t rely on someone else for your happiness and self worth. Only you can be responsible for that. If you can’t love and respect yourself - no one else will be able to make that happen. Accept who you are - completely; the good and the bad - and make changes as YOU see fit - not because you think someone else wants you to be different.” — Stacey Charter

“Heartbreak brings us immense pain and suffering, but in reality we must realize that it brings us one step closer to the one we are destined to be with” — (via lifeliveson)

“No matter how many times I tell you she’ll break your heart, or how many times she does it, you’ll never give up. Why, you ask? Because you love her.” ~ Great Expectations

“Sometimes partners find us and as much as we try to push them away, they work their way into our lives regardless. Until we finally realise how much we need them.” — Dexter Morgan

“He was gone, and all that was left of all we had shared were a few letters and some memories that I was too proud to dwell on. My heart cried out for him, but my mind warned me to move on. In the end, that’s what I did.” — (via poeticheartache)

the funny thing is, nobody ever really knows how much anybody is hurting. we could be standing next to someone who is completely broken and never know it.

“Forgive and forget. That’s what they say. It’s good advice, but it’s not very practical. When someone hurts us, we want to hurt them back. When someone wrongs us, we want to be right. Without forgiveness, old scores are never settled; old wounds never heal. And the most we can hope for, is that one day we’ll be lucky enough to forget.”— Meredith (Grey’s Anatomy)

“You know that romantic notion that all the garbage and the pain is really healing and beautiful and sort of poetic? It’s not. It’s just garbage and it’s pain. You know what’s better? Love. The day that you start thinking that love is overrated is the day that you’re wrong. The only thing wrong with love and faith and belief is not having it.” — One Tree Hill

“She’ll be the first to admit that she’s not perfect. Her life’s a wreck, and the only thing holding her up is the hope that it’ll get better. She’s got some friends who would die for her, and she has friends that would kill her, given the chance. She has the mental stability of a psychiatric patient, and the constant drama that surrounds her doesn’t help. She’s lost all of the people she depended on, whether it be death, or betrayal. Despite everything that has happened to her, the reason she keeps hanging on is the hope that it will all get better.” (poeticheartache)

  2. “If someone breaks your heart, just punch them in the face. Oh sure, it seems obvious now, but you’d be amazed at how many people don’t think of it when it’s relevant. Seriously, just punch them in the face and go get some ice cream.” - Chuck Klosterman
